  1. My Engineer wife, spent many years fighting EVERY DAY on site persuading builders she WAS the engineer, (it came as a surprise when I pointed out to her she had been discriminated against).
    My (Cambridge) Mathematician daughter, still can’t cook.

    I spent years of women coming up to me explaining how I could look after my sprogs
